Position roles and responsibilities:
- Reviewing all the project documentation regarding the construction: Data sheets, construction plans, special specifications, indicating all the possible points that may generate problems in a specific phase and requesting all the necessary information, in due time and form, for the correct execution of the project.Reviewing the daily report going to the oil refinery operational departments, for the correct daily problem resolution and issuing the improvements report.
- Presenting the project planner with all the necessary measures for the elaboration of the work planning of the projects.
- Managing meetings with the supervision coordination area. Presenting proposals and improvements for the progress of the project in accordance with the scheduled dates.
- Issuing a report of the assessment of the technical offers in the offer request process.
- Learned lessons at the end of the projects. Issuing a report with a complete analysis including the economic diversions in comparison with the rest of the affected areas. Issuing a report with the suggested changes for operational improvement.
- Identify risks and proposing the necessary preventive measures for the work to be carried out in accordance with the current regulations.
2- LANGUAGES:
Spanish fluently
3- CAREER EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, gas&oil and energy.
4- COMPUTERS HABILITIES AND SOFTWARE:
Handling of Microsoft Office.
Software related to supervision and site revision
5- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
An immediate hiring is a requirement, so you should be a citizen of the European Union or a valid Work Permit to work in Spain.It would be an option for candidates who match the requirements of the job position, with enough experience on the duties exposed, and a real level certification on engineering, enable the procedure to obtain the residence permission in Spain and legal assistance to live and work on this country.
